The Factory Building consists : Garments sewing section, cutting section, Finishing section, Raw Material and Finished Goods store, Generator room, Sub-Station room, Office Room, Guard room, Toilet etc.

Factory Structure

The civil construction of the proposed project for main Factory Building consists of Garments sewing section, cutting section, Finishing section, Raw Material and Finished Goods Godown, Generator room, Sub-Station room, Office Room, Guard room, Toilet etc. The Total covered area will be 550000
sft. (approx).

The project is proposed to be located at Bara Ratura, Union- Maona, Upazilla- Sreepur, Gazipur, which is at a distance of 30 km. from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka. The project site is enjoying basic facility like electricity, gas, water, skilled labor and good road communication. All infrastructure Facilities like Water, Electricity etc. are already available at the project site. The site is considered adequate for the proposed project.
